The Speed Cut machine can be customised for the respective operation-specific requirements and additional equipment can also be accordingly retrofitted later at any time.

Pivoting saw
The pivoting saw carries out all types of saw cuts, such as jack rafter, hex, regenerative and bevel cuts at any angle, any inclination and in all lengths fully automatically and accurate to the millimetre.
Likewise the multi-layer cut for post and beam construction and nail plate trusses is possible.

Turret milling unit
This universal unit can be equipped with up to 3 tools.
Thus a large variety of processes, like Wichert truss joint or scarf and key joint, roof ridge joint, offset tenons in all positions or even hidden clogging can be completed. Holes, tenons and mortises can even be produced at the beam ends. Longitudinal milling, eaves formwork notches and longitudinal rabbets can likewise be rationally and very accurately milled. Birdsmouths can be optionally produced with heel height or with accurate birdsmouth depth.

With the vertical mill, which can be equipped with different mills, rebates, recesses, freely definable profiles etc. can be carried out.
Here, the mill is equipped with a profile mill in order to produce 4 parts in the stack at the same time.
- Double mill

With the horizontal double mill it is possible to perform 2 millings at the same time.
We use this unit mainly for milling for flush mounting of ground plate and top plate. The milling is done only at a 90° angle to the longitudinal direction of the part.

The horizontal slot cutter can be equipped with chains of different widths. Beside through slots, even hidden slots are possible, e.g. for column bases.

It is possible to produce through holes as well as blind hopes with the horizontal drill unit.
- Cross-section measurement
Cross-section measurement
Dimensional deviations from the theoretically prescribed beam cross-section are recorded automatically and taken into account during the processing. Thus, accurate wood nodes are achieved even in the case of cross-section deviations without manual effort. If deviations from the required width occur, the machine operator is informed about it.
