Straightening and cutting machine

The wires to be processed (8-20 mm) are delivered as a coil and are mounted depending upon requirement on the reels of the straightening and cutting machine. Subsequently, they are fed to the straightening rotors and uncoiled fully automatically from the individual coils, straightened and cut to lengths as specified by the machine software. 

All mass-produced rods are now transported automatically by means of a cross transfer equipped with 32 compartments into the feeding channel of the automatic welding machine.
