This year we welcome nine apprentices who will start their professional life.
Our young colleagues will learn the professions industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer, electronics engineer, draughtsman and industrial clerk. The number of apprentices at Hundegger thus increases to 28.
On the one hand, offering apprenticeship positions is our social responsibility as an expanding company, on the other hand it is a great chance for us to gain over committed and qualified cooperators for our innovative company.
We wish all our "newcomers" good luck and hope that you will enjoy your apprenticeship!
Joinery machine K2i - High-performance now even more flexible
For the first time, Hundegger presents the joinery machine K2i with an integrated Robot unit at the Ligna, the world fair for the forestry and timber industry in Hanover.
With this innovation, Hundegger expands the construction kit of the established K2i joinery machine decisively and now combines high-performance and flexibility for processing solid wood.
With the Robot unit, which is integrated in the machine, now even parts with a width of 1250 mm and 300 mm thickness can be processed without overturning in one step and from all 6 part sides. Even very complicated processings can now be carried out efficiently and quickly with the 6 axis unit.
Rotation speeds up to 15,000 rpm and the tool magazine which is able to take up to 16 tools guarantee maximum surface quality and flexibility. Due to its modular structure, the joinery machine can be individually adjusted to the company specific requirements of the customer. Even retrospective expansions in order to increase efficiency are possible.
From conservatories with part cross-sections of 20 x 50 mm to plywood elements with cross-sectons of up to 300 x 1250 mm, all parts in any length can be processed precisely and in an unprecedented diversity.
Welcome to the Ligna 2011 in Hanover.
Experience live the latest innovation for timber construction on our trade fair stand from 30 May to 3 June.
The trade fair team and I are looking forward to welcome you and to invite you to an expert talk in our Bavarian beer garden.
Shortly after the opening of the trade fair Legno & Edilizia, which took place from 17 to 20 March 2011 in Verona, the stand of Hundegger SE, Neumarkt/IT, was already very well attended.
Many visitors seized the opportunity to inform themselves of the joinery machine K2-ROBOT with a processing width of 1250 mm, which was presented for the first time.
The main advantage of the K2-ROBOT is the 6 axis processing. All processings can be carried out in one step without restrictions on all 6 part sides. Every part is completely processed in one step (without overturning) on all 6 part sides.
First Hundegger Innovation Day
With a new series of events, Hundegger will inform customers and interested persons, concentrating on the respective target groups, on trends in timber construction and suitable products and services.
On 1 March 2011, we will start our Innovation Day with the topic "Innovation potentials in modern timber frame construction" with a live presentation of a high-end panel processing machine, which for the first time was sold to a leading producer of prefabricated houses, with an integrated raw panel infeed and subsequent picking. An interesting supporting programme will complete the Innovation Day.
